Holidays almost at an end,

Pauls Birthday tomorrow! I hope some people rememeber to give him a call. He kinda ended up with a new refridgerator as his present, with some help from family. It was on our list of things to get one day.

Our house is almost back to normal. Almost all of the puppies have gone to their new homes, only 2 remain. I have updated the ads for them and hopefully loving forever homes will be found soon.

Having the visitors for a few days was a nice change. I am still trying to get the housework done before heading back to work yet again. There have been some issues at work lately and I have had to get the union to step in and help me out. I hope everything is resolved soon, as more stressful factors aren't really welcome here.

Some gardening was achieved today. Some grubs have made thier way into my wombok, I sprayed them with some pyrethrum spray, which I hope is a more natural alternative. My broccoli are finally showing the flower, so might get a harvest from them soon! The lettuce has pretty much all gone to seed now and I am just waiting to collect some of the seeds for future use. The tomatoes are really starting to produce, I have gotton heaps of them appearing and am just waiting for the day for one to ripen up so I can pick it.

I am sorry to any I may have infected with my cold while on my road trip. I really did try to keep it to myself while I was away. I really hope that any colds go away very quickly.
