New house, new begginings..

An agreement has finally been reached on the house we have been trying to get. The owners were proving to be hard headed and would run off to the solicitor everytime we tried to talk to them and negotiate. Proved to be very annoying trying to deal with a seller like that.

The house is quite old and seems quite a few people know about it as it is a prominent building in the town. I like the large yard and will hopefully get some landscaping done on some of it to make the most of it. A few walls need repair, and every wall needs repainting but here's hoping we will get it done up slowly over time. I will especially take my time with the kitchen to make sure I get the most out of the space. I will definately going more modern in the kitchen and bathroom.
