Well almost had plain old boring chops and veg and gravy. Always taste good though. Ended up with BBQ chops and snags and eggs and salad which is even better. Everything is going pretty good around here. Just normal everyday stuff. Not even any work today, as I went out last night and relieved a train, which meant my working this morning was cancelled.
On a good note it appears that the transfers have come up and I am putting in for my transfer. If it does happen it will probably be sometime in December, so I will have to wait it out until then. I have yet to put in the paperwork though, was going to fax it on Monday, then ring up and make sure they got it! Paperwork always gets lost doesn't it. If I do get the transfer we will have to buy a house, there is no cheap company rentals there :( But we were going to buy a house anyway. I will now have to keep my eye on the market, this will hopefully help us snag a bargain when the time comes. I am hoping prices may be lower by then. It seems it is becoming a buyers market again, so some people may drop the price more to sell their house faster. Hehe one can only hope anyway.

all exciting stuff. our house is going up for sale too soon [really this time] have sa few paint jobs etc to do first. we'll be shopping around then too. I talked to an agent I know today and she said that the market price has dropped by about fifteen percent in Mackay. The banks are tightening up also. However the increased Government assistance for first home buyers has increased so that helps. Val
