Ok so here goes..

Toni's simple life is under renovation! LOL well the house is anyway. some ceiling work has been started and it is nice to see things moving along. I have started in the sleep out, ceiling is scraped back and being painted (as I type, I just stopped for a break) I am hoping to move onto the walls then doors and windows (?) then the floors last.

I won't be polishing any of the floorboards, shame I know they are very nice ones, but if we rent the house out they will just get scratched really badly. I may change my mind by the time I am finished but these things happen.

Once the ceiling is done I will be giving myself a crash course in putting gyprock up, unless some one in the area can show me how it's done to start with. Of course before then I have a lot of things to pull off the wall to get it ready. All the damaged tounge and groove is out but I will be removing the whole lot on one side and put in some new studs for the board to go on.

Well better get back to it.. paint should be ready for another coat by now!
